Grupo hoteleiro realizou por R$ 117 milhões a compra do antigo hospital Matarazzo na Bela Vista centro de São Paulo.
O projeto é fazer no local dois hotéis um deles tipo hotel palácio, um centro cultural e um centro comercial, mantendo as características do edifício tombado.

Hotelier Group bought for R$ 117 million the Hospital Matarazzo in Downtown São Paulo.
The project includes two hotels, one of them luxury palace style, a culture center and a business center, keeping the building´s original features.
